iCrafter March Release- Slimline Edges and Borders Die Set

Happy March, everyone!! With every first of the month, comes a brand new release from i-Crafter! With slimline cards still being all the rage, I am so excited to share with you all a creation I made using the new Slimline Edges and Borders die set!

This rainbow slimline card was pretty simple to put together! I die cut a 8.375″ x 3.375″ panel of white blending cardstock and blended an ombre of Distress Oxide Inks (Top to Bottom: Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Salty Ocean, and Wilted Violet). I spritzed this panel with water, let it dry, and adhered it to a 8.5″ x 3.5″ panel to frame it.

Next, I took the wavy edge slimline die included in the Slimline Edges and Borders die set, and die cut a panel of black cardstock so the point stuck out to about 1.75″, and then I die cut a white piece of cardstock to about 1.5″ at the point. Using the Thankful Sentiments stamp set, I stamped out a pattern of sentiments that were all variations of “Thank You” in gray ink, while stamping one
“Thank You” in black so it stuck out! I adhered the white piece to the black piece, and adhered the unit to my card base, lining up the long edges.

I finished up this card by adhering a few clear bubble embellishments and mounting it to a slimline base! My slimline thank you card was complete!
