I just think that the Country Witch set lends itself to such a fun and different style that you typically don’t think of when you hear the word “witch”. She’s got on her boots, her short shorts, and is ready to fly right outta the wild wild west!
For this project, I colored up my Country Witch with a fun color palette using Copic Marker (I just love that pink hair!). I fussy cut her out and set her aside. Now, for all of you coordinating die fans out there, all of the witch sets have coordinating dies available as well!
For my background, I took the hearts and crossbones stamp, included with the Country Witch set, and, using a brown ink, stamped it all over a kraft cardstock background, which I then also splattered with the same brown ink!
I had a desert scene stencil in my stash, which i used to blend a strip of white cardstock (about 1.75″ x 5.5″) with my Cotton Tail Blending Brushes. I could resist giving that sky a yellow to orange ombré either to match my witch!
I stamped the sentiment “Boo Y’all” (which I find so fun) on the sky portion, and adhered my strip to my kraft cardstock background panel. I adhered my witch using foam tape, adhered some Rabbit Hole Designs Sequins, mounted the panel to an A2-sized card base and that was my project!
This card uses the following Rabbit Hole Designs products:
