What better way to celebrate a birthday than with a little cardmaking? 🎉 For my birthday livestream, I created this colorful and festive interactive birthday card featuring Pretty Pink Posh products, complete with candles that light up using EZ-Lights from Pear Blossom Press!

Creating a Birthday Card That Lights Up
For this card, I wanted to create something bright, colorful, and full of celebration. I used the Pretty Pink Posh Birthday Candles Dies to create five colorful candles, adding ink blending and subtle details to give each one its own personality. The Scallops Pierced Plate Die adds texture to the aqua background, while a little Pearl Shimmer and sparkling embellishments bring plenty of shine.
The real surprise comes when you press the button—the candles light up! ✨ I used EZ-Lights from Pear Blossom Press to turn this festive birthday design into an interactive card, and finished it with the Large Celebrate Shadow Die and a coordinating birthday sentiment. It’s such a fun way to make a handmade birthday card feel even more special!
