You’re A Firework!

Good morning, and Happy 4th of July Everyone! Today, I have a quick blog to share with a fun firework themed card for the holiday!

Products Used:
Patriotic Pals Stamp Set by Kindred Stamps
Park Pals Virtual Retreat Stencil
Catherine Pooler Inks: It’s a Boy, Something Borrowed and Suede Shoes
Glitter Glitz Gel: Red Velvet, Silver & Turquoise Sea
Rocket Pop Sparkle Blend by Doodles Paper Playground
Lawn Fawn Dies: Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables and Outside-In Stitched Rectangle Stackables
Copic Markers

Using watercolor cardstock, I put my Catherine Pooler Inks to work and painted a sky ombre for my background. I was able to use my Park Pals stencil with a few of my Glitter Glitz Gels to have glittery fireworks look like they were exploding in the sky!

I colored up my little unicorn image from the Patriotic Pals stamp set while my glitz was drying. I popped the cutie on with some foam tape, and finished up my card by adhering embellishments from my Rocket Pop Sparkle Blend.

And there you have it! A fun and quick 4th of July card that is just bursting with color!

I wish you all a safe and happy 4th of July holiday, however you are celebrating today!

Thanks for stopping by! See you next time!

  1. Hi Justin!
I just ordered the Virtual retreat box from your link & I can’t wait to see your class on the mouse shaker!! I wish I could have done it live, but it took me awhile to save up! 😉
