For my first Curiouser and Curiouser project, I colored up this Royal Croquet Player with my Copic Markers, fussy cut her out, and set her aside.

Taking a piece of blending cardstock, I used the stitched rectangle die cut from the Card Builder Basics set to die cut the shape out, and ink blended over the piece using the Deck of Cards Stencil and Black Soot Distress Ink. I adhered this panel to an A2-sized piece of the Hearts and Spades pattern from the Time for Tea Paper Pack with Kindred Stamps Liquid Adhesive.

From a piece of light pink cardstock, I die cut out a heart and a banner, and then a 2nd banner using the same Hearts and Spades patterned paper from Time for Tea. For the heart, I stamped each of the card suit stamps from Curiouser and Curiouser into a repetitive pattern in Catherine Pooler Rockin’ Red ink, and distressed the edges of the heart in the same color. I adhered this heart to my card panel.

Pro Tip: When ink blending on colored cardstock, I like to use very light colors, because I can darken the colors with ink and it adds dimension!

Taking the pink banner, I stamped the sentiment “I lose my head over you” in Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink, and distressed the edges using the Rockin’ Red ink. I offset adhered this banner to the patterned paper banner, and and adhered the unit to my card panel.

To finish this card off, I adhered the Queen using foam tape, adhered a few Heartfelt Shimmerz, and adhered the entire unit to an A2-sized card base!

For my 2nd Curiouser and Curiouser project, I colored up my Hat Wearing Tea Fella with my Copic Markers, Fussy Cut him out and set him aside.

To construct my Easel Tea Cup Card, I designed it and cut it with my Cricut. The card base is essentially 2 pieces: a traditional base, cut into the shape of a teacup, scored in half, and then a tea cup panel that’s separate. I score the top portion of the card base towards the bottom of the cup so the paper folds, and only adhere the tea cup panel at that bottom edge. This allows a nice bend for the card to be propped up, which is why there is a button inside the card (it holds the propped up cup in place)!

For the Tea Cup panel, I used the Whimsical Garden stencil on light green cardstock, and ink blended over it using Catherine Pooler’s Garden Party ink, for a subtle design. I adhered this to the Tea Cup and Biscuits patterned paper from the Time for Tea Paper Pack, also cut into the shape of a slightly larger tea-cup.

I stamped the sentiment “Spill the tea” (my absolute favorite from this set) on light pink cardstock with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink. I distressed the edges of this strip with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink, and framed it with the same Tea Cup and Biscuits paper. I adhered the sentiment strip to the card base, along with adhering the Hat Guy to it as well with foam tape.

To finish this card off, I adhered a few button embellishments to the front, and it was completed!

For my next Curiouser and Curiouser project, I colored up the Pocket-watch Bunny with my Copic Markers, fussy cut him out and set him aside!

To create my project, I first die cut 2 of the stitched rectangles from the Card Builder Basics die set from white blending cardstock. I also die cut out the Rosebush patterned paper from the Time for Tea paper pack using the same stitched rectangle die. I used a hillside die to then cut a wavy patterned into my Rosebush piece. Taking one of the white rectangles, I blended Brushed Corduroy and Ground Espresso Distress Oxide Ink to make it look like the ground. I spritzed some water on it, let it dry, and then flicked some Icing on the Cake Catherine Pooler Ink for some specs. I trimmed this to make the piece smaller.

Taking the other white rectangle, I used the Cloud Builder stencil to blend up a sky with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. I then used the Deck of Cards Stencil over it to blend up some pattern in the sky as well. I adhered my Rosebush piece to the bottom of my sky panel, and then adhered my ground piece over the Rosebush piece to give a nice layering effect. I stamped the sentiment “a very merry unbirthday to you” in Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink in the upper right corner. I adhered this entire unit to an A2-sized piece of the Pocket-watch patterned paper from the Time for Tea Paper Pack.

For my Bunny, I used a wobbler to adhere him to the card. This gave him some nice dimension, and a whimsy bit of interaction as well! I adhered some Sea Level Sparkletz and Not So Heavy Metal Sequin Tin embellishments to the card, adhered it to an A2-sized base, and was completed!

For my 4th Curiouser project, I felt a bookmark was very appropriate! I took the Wonderful Girl and colored her with my Copic Markers. I fussy cut her out and set her aside.

Using a bookmark die from my stash, I cut out the Potion and Hearts patterned paper from the Time for Tea Paper Pack, along with a heart clip from light pink cardstock. I distressed the edges of the heart clip using Picked Raspberry Distress Ink, and then splattered some ink onto the heart as well.

For my sentiment, I used white cardstock and blended a subtle pattern using the Deck of Cards Stencil in Milled Lavender Distress Ink. I then stamped the sentiment “Curiouser and Curiouser” in a darker purple ink, and matted this piece with gray cardstock.

I adhered my sentiment piece, heart clip and Wonderful Girl to my bookmark base, and finished it off with some twine!

For my final Curiouser and Curiouser project, I colored up the Wonderful Girl, Hat Fella, Bunny, and Grinning Cat with Copic Markers, fussy cut them all out and set them aside.

Using the 2 circle die cuts from the Card Builder Basics Die Set, I die cut the smaller circle from light pink cardstock and the larger circle from a darker pink cardstock. For the smaller circle, I placed the Swirl Stencil over it and used Catherine Pooler Pucker Up Ink to blend a slightly darker pink pattern. I then heat embossed the sentiment “Curiouser & Curiouser” in white powder. I adhered the small circle directly on top of the large circle. I also took a 4.125″ x 5.375 piece of the Pink Diagonal Stripes patterned paper from the Time for Tea Paper Pack, and adhered it to an A2-sized piece of the same light pink cardstock for a frame.

Next I put all of my characters into position around the circle, and actually adhered them all to the circle unit and each other first (this was not on my card panel yet). Then, once dry, I flipped this unit over and placed foam tape all over the back. I adhered this entire unit as 1 piece to my card, which gave some nice dimension.

I finished this card off by adhering some Coral Coast Sparkletz bits and adhering the entire panel to an A2-sized card base! And my project was complete!
