Let’s dive into today’s creative journey together!
Christmas crafting season is here, and I couldn’t resist creating another project with the beautiful new Holly Lane Collection from Scrapbook.com! For today’s card, I combined the Stitched Tags Rounded Shapes Die Set, Christmas Gift Die Set, Holly Lane Rub-On Transfers, and the gorgeous Holly Lane 6″ x 8″ Paper Pad to create a soft, elegant holiday design that’s full of festive charm.
To add a little extra sparkle and dimension, I finished the card with Dusty Rose Gloss Pops of Color, subtle ink blending using Pink Champagne Premium Dye Ink by Catherine Pooler Designs, and delicate splatters of White Linen Dylusions Spray Ink from Ranger Ink. These simple finishing touches help bring the entire design to life while keeping the overall look clean, cozy, and festive.

The focal point of this card is the layered gift package, which creates a beautiful dimensional centerpiece against the soft floral patterns from the Holly Lane Paper Pad. I also incorporated the Holly Lane Rub-On Transfers to add effortless detail and a polished look without adding bulk. The combination of layered die cuts, patterned paper, and mixed media splatter creates plenty of texture while keeping the design easy to recreate.
One of my favorite things about this project is how versatile the Holly Lane Collection is. While it’s perfect for traditional Christmas cards, the soft color palette and elegant details also make it ideal for tags, gift toppers, holiday scrapbook layouts, and so much more. If you’re looking for a fresh take on holiday crafting, this collection is definitely worth checking out.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope this project inspires you to start creating your holiday cards early and to experiment with layering dies, patterned paper, and simple mixed media techniques for extra interest.
Happy crafting,
Justin
