The brand new Waffle Flower Under the Sea Release has officially arrived, and it is packed with playful ocean-inspired products perfect for summer cardmaking! During yesterday’s livestream, I created this bright and bubbly underwater scene card featuring the adorable Happy Turtles Dies, the layered Jolly Wave Bundle, and the fun Bubbly Sentiments Stamp & Die Combo. With ink blending, stenciling, glitter paste, and layered die cutting, this release is full of creative possibilities for cardmakers of all skill levels.
This card combines bold ocean colors, sparkling texture, and sweet sea life details for a playful design that feels full of movement and dimension. I used the Jolly Wave Bundle to create the detailed background, layered in seaweed and coral from the Under the Sea Dies, and finished everything off with the sentiment “You Are Turtley Awesome.” Pops of shimmer from Tropical Tango Astro Paste and glossy enamel dots help bring the entire underwater scene to life. The mix of Catherine Pooler inks and colorful cardstock created the perfect tropical palette for this ocean-themed card.
