Before we jump into today’s project, I wanted to let you know that I sometimes use affiliate links to share my favorite products. Don’t worry, these links won’t cost you a dime – they’re just little crafty helpers behind the scenes that help support me if you use them to make a purchase! Let’s dive into today’s creative journey together!
Hello my fellow rangers! I am so excited to be sharing my March Release projects featuring the new 4″ x 6″ stamp set, Power Up! This set features this teenage superhero in 2 poses, along with a wicked baddie that will make for some perfectly villainous projects!
I created (4) projects using this set, so let’s get into the details!
Kindred Stamps Products Used:
Power Up Stamp Set
Grass Border Die Cut
Retro Paper Pack
Snowfall Embossing Powder
Embossing Ink Pad
Other Key Products Used:
Copic Markers
Distress Oxide Inks: Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon & Mowed Lawn
Mixed Metals Glitter Paper
For my first Power Up project, I wanted to create a semi-scene card that featured the squad of super heroes together, all colored in their original line-up! I grabbed the blue lightning bolt patterned paper from the Retro Paper Pack as the background, as I felt that the lightning bolts were incredibly appropriate for this colorful squadron!
I heat embossed the sentiment “We’re better together” in Snowfall Embossing Powder, as I felt it was a great fit for this group!

Cityscape Die Cut
Card Basics Die Set
Snowfall Embossing Powder
Embossing Ink Pad
Other Key Products Used:
Copic Markers
Distress Oxide Inks: Squeezed Lemonade, Wild Honey, Carved Pumpkin, Crackling Campfire & Black Soot
Mixed Metals Glitter Paper
For my 2nd Power Up project, I used the Wicked Baddie to create a scene card. I love the Cityscape Die and I wanted to play on perspective. This card gives the illusion that the baddie is just as big as the Cityscape buildings!
Fun tip: I like my windows to look like they are giving off a warm light. I cut up some smaller strips of light yellow paper, cut them down to size, and then adhere them behind the die cut!

For my 3rd Power Up project, I wanted to feature the 2nd pose of the hero and paired him with a pattern from the new Flames Paper Pack! I used the Card Basics Die Set to create a shaker element to my card, which I filled with a red & black sequin pack from my stash. The background of my card includes one of the red patterns that is included with the new Flames Paper Pack! This paper is so fun and there is going to be a bunch of different stamp sets you’ll find that you can pair it with.

Power Up Stamp Set
Clear Embossing Powder
Embossing Ink Pad
Other Key Products Used:
Copic Markers
Distress Oxide Inks: Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness
Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink
Rainbow Glitter Paper
Holographic Paper
For my final Power Up project, I created a card with a green version of the super hero. I masked my background and blended up an oval of different green Distress Oxide Inks. I also masked a strip for my sentiment. One of my favorite ways to stamp out my sentiment is by using Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink and then embossing it with clear embossing powder. The Versafine Clair inks stamp out with such crisp lines, that it gets set into place with the clear embossing powder!
And there you have it! My 4 projects featuring the new Power Up Stamp Set!
