Hello everyone! Justin here, and today I am sharing a new creation using the Making Waves Cover Plate Die. Of course, this die is going to be so perfect with any water-themed projects… but for whatever reason, I saw this and saw animal stripes! I remembered there was an adorable tiger from the Floating By stamp set and I had this idea to use the Making Waves Cover Die and make glittery tiger stripes!

Below is a list of products used to create this card:

Pink & Main Products Used:
Floating By Stamp Set
Floating By Coordinating Dies
Making Waves Cover Die
Simple Greetings Dies
Construction Cardstock
Lakeside Cardstock
Metallic Glitter Paper Pack
Hello You Glitter Enamel Dots
Foam Tape
EZ Squeeze Glue

Other Key Products Used:
Copic Markers

Now let’s get to some details for how we put this card together!

I started off by coloring up the tiger and heart balloon image from the Floating By stamp set with my Copic Markers. I then used the coordinating dies to cut them out and set them aside for later.

I used the Simple Greetings Dies to die cut my “Sending cheer” sentiment from white cardstock and outline from Lakeside cardstock. I adhered the white sentiment to the Lakeside outline and set the unit aside for later.

For my background, I trimmed down a piece of Black Glitter Paper to A2 size. I used the Making Waves cover die with Construction Cardstock. I used liquid adhesive to adhere my die cut background on top of my glitter paper panel.

I began the process of piecing my card together. I used foam tape to adhere my sentiment and images to my card. I then placed some Hello You Glitter Enamel Dots onto my card and adhered the entire piece to an A2-sized card base. My card was finished!
